Free Counselling

I am registered with a number of organisations so that counselling is more accessible. Here are some ways that you can come to meet with me for free or at reduced cost:

Employee assistance programme providers

I work for a number of employee assistance programme providers. Just check with your employer to see whether they work with any of these companies, and then let me know and I will set up the counselling for you.  Funding usually includes sessions for other family members, family counselling and children and young people.

Ignite Aotearoa

Clearhead Counselling

Telus Health (previously Benestar)

Psychologist having session with someone seeking EAP counselling

Other sources of funding

Work and Income NZ

If you are on a WINZ benefit, you can receive a contribution towards your sessions of $66 and top up the remaining amount of my full fee. I may also be willing to offer a discount on my full rate, so please do ask.

Children and young people

Gumboot Friday

I can provide between 2-4 free sessions for children and young people aged 5-25 years. Just let me know if you would like to access this funding and I can organise it for you.

Wonderful guidance and support

Kia ora Kay, Just a note to acknowledge and thank you for your wonderful guidance and support.  You truly are an empathic and insightful therapist, and this is coupled with an amazing intellect and ability to understand, connect, and open pathways and sightlines for people to understand themselves and the world around them better. Thank you so much for giving me the space to think things through, and the support and guidance to see the situation clearer. What you did for me was both tangibly so helpful and practical, and emotionally so incredible.

Ngā mihi nui, me te aroha nui.
